We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:

5) Orders and contract formation
An order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms only when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation and/or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders (for example, due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
6) Prices, payment, and taxes

8) Returns Policy (Defective Products Only)
At Annie Barr Health & Wellbeing, we take great care to ensure our products arrive in excellent condition. Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or unwanted items.
8.1 Returns accepted only for defective products
We will only accept a return, replacement, or refund if the product you receive is defective, damaged in transit, or faulty on arrival.
8.2 Reporting a defective product (14 days)
If you believe your product is defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

A short description of the issue
Clear photos or video evidence showing the defect (including packaging if relevant)
Once we receive your request, we will assess the information and confirm the next steps.
8.3 If your item is confirmed defective
If we confirm a defect, we will offer one of the following (depending on stock and the nature of the issue):
A replacement product, or
A refund, or
An appropriate partial refund (where applicable)
Where a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs for confirmed defective items will be covered by us (or reimbursed upon proof of postage), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.4 Items not eligible for return
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect selection (e.g., ordering the wrong item)
Items that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are not in original condition (unless defective)
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow instructions
8.5 Processing time for refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider time to apply the refund to your account.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery destinations, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier networks and events outside our control.
