*Shea Butter, *Sweet Almond Oil, Wild Yam (Dioscorea Velosa),*Vitex (Agnus Castus / Chasteberry),*Sesame Seed Oil, Mango Butter, *Calendula Flowers, Tocopherol (Vitamin E),*Rose Geranium Essential Oil, *Clary Sage Essential Oil.

Allergens Naturally Occurring in Essential Oils:
Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalool, Limonene, Eugenol, Sclareol.

Store in a cool dark place. And use within 6 months.
Directions
Apply ¼ of a teaspoon morning and night alternating each application between neck, breasts, inside of thighs, lower abdomen and inner upper arms. Increase to a ½
teaspoon morning and night over time if needed.

For women who have a menstrual cycle
Apply cream morning and night alternating the location with each application. Take a 5 – 7-day break during your period. Repeat as above. To simplify, use the cream for three
weeks in the month and take a break the week you have your period
